The EWF Inc. Pledge Day 2025: A Powerful Day of CommUNITY, Growth, and Collective Healing

Our recent Pledge Day Program that took place on Tuesday December 2nd 2025 “Giving Tuesday” via Zoom, was more than an event — it was a living expression of commitment, healing, creativity, and collective purpose. The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated, extends our heartfelt gratitude to every person who helped make this day a success.

From performers and presenters to workshop facilitators, from attendees to donors, from volunteers to behind-the-scenes supporters — this moment was built by all of us, together.

To Our Performers and Presenters

Much Gratitude for sharing your artistry, passion, and vulnerability. Your music, poetry, art works, movement, visuals, and expression created the emotional heartbeat of the day. You reminded us of the strength and beauty carried within our stories, and how creating can lead to healing.

Together, We Created Something Powerful

Pledge Day became a reminder of what is possible when our community stands together with intention. Whether you contributed your time, your talent, your presence, or your financial support, please know that your role was essential — and deeply appreciated. We look forward to building on this momentum with you as we continue the work of unity, healing, and upliftment.

If you were not able to attend our beautiful Pledge Day Program, then we hope you were able to feel the spirit of the day with this blog post showcasing some of the many talents of the day. Our Fundraising goal is $10,000 +. Donations are still welcome and ongoing year round. As a membership organization and a nonprofit, TEWFINC relies heavily on donations to sustain its work, programs, and global mission. At present, our International Executive Council (IEC) officers have been personally covering many of our operational and administrative costs — a model that is not sustainable. So we ask you to consider donating today. Your donation helps ensure that we continue to grow, serve, and build with stability and strength. CLICK TO DONATE

With gratitude and RAspect, The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated.
