The consultative relationship with ECOSOC is governed by ECOSOC resolution 1996/31, which outlines the eligibility requirements for consultative status, rights and obligations of NGOs in consultative status, procedures for withdrawal or suspension of consultative status, the role and functions of the ECOSOC Committee on NGOs, and the responsibilities of the United Nations Secretariat in supporting the consultative relationship.

1. The Treaty of the Circle of Life has been filed in the United
Nations and African Union.
2. Ambassadors Organizing
3. Development of Education plan to teach members the Montevideo Convention.
4. Notice development to be served on all governments - Declaration of Emancipation.
5. Ghana Land Grant with Ras Muhammad of Ghana, relations developed and maintained.
6. Columbia Trip by Ambassadors Empress ShaNeter and Ras Fabian - Foreign Relations with Government .(2023 )
7. Foreign Relations with U.S.A government on Cannabis is still in development.
8. EWF Foreign Affairs files a complaint on behalf of a victim in Jamaica being ill-treated and persecuted by the Medical System. These filing led to their release from the persecution. This being medical we do not place names in the newsletter.
9. Foreign Affairs filed to all Jamaica agencies on the persecution of the Rastafari community in Jamaica based on filing on behalf of EWF, Inc. member Ras Jabali Seba.
10. Negotiated with the King of the Buwa Kingdom to develop a repatriations program. The Repatriation & Reparation Committee then proceeded to acquire the letters of the King and Council for 1500 acres of land.
