Accountability, Respect & the Right to Be Heard
Based on Article VII Section J and Article VIII of the Constitution
Within the Ethiopian World Federation, Inc., every member—whether officer or general member—is bound by a sacred code of conduct rooted in respect, dignity, and collective responsibility. We are more than an organization; we are a global family united by divine heritage and disciplined by principle.
Disrespect, harassment, bullying, assault, corruption, dereliction of duty, and malfeasance of office have no place in our ranks. Failure to lead or uphold constitutional duty is a breach not only of office, but of trust and unity.
Members have the right to voice complaints, file grievances, and demand accountability. The Constitution provides clear processes for redress, including the impeachment of officers who violate the sacred trust placed upon them.
This is kinship. This is order. This is the Federation. A family where integrity is non-negotiable, and justice is both a duty and a right.

Upholding the Sacred Standard: Member Expectations
Membership in the Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. is not merely affiliation This organization is for righteous individuals committed to uplifting, empowering, and restoring the dignity of Black people worldwide. It is not a platform for those who seek to manipulate, divide, or corrupt.
We are a family united in purpose—a community of kin working in love, order, and mutual respect. Disrespect, manipulation, wickedness, or acts contrary to our peace-driven mission are not only unacceptable, they are unconstitutional. Every member is expected to embody nobles values such as love, righteousness, and divine morality.
As declared in Article I, Section 2 of our Constitution, our aims are to:
- Promote love and goodwill among our people,
- Preserve the sovereignty and cultural heritage of Ethiopia the heritage of all black people of the world,
- Relieve oppression and correct abuses,
- Seek peace, pursue happiness, and manifest God’s purpose for hue-manity.
Membership Joining Fee & Weekly Dues
As outlined in ARTICLE II, Sections 4 & 5 of the Constitution
In accordance with ARTICLE II, Section 4 of the Constitution of The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated, a joining fee of One Dollar (US $1.00) is required upon enrollment. The Executive Council reserves the right to make equitable adjustments for areas with special conditions, ensuring that the fee never exceeds the modest amount of One Dollar (US $1.00).
Per ARTICLE II, Section 5, to maintain our collective mission and operations, members are required contribute ten cents (US $0.10) per week in membership dues, which are sent to the Headquarters (International Executive Council) by the Local. These contributions sustain the movement’s programs, outreach, and global coordination—fueling our vision of unity, sovereignty, and upliftment.
