TEWFI International President, Attorney Scheril Murray Powell, Esq. Appointed Special Representative to the African Diaspora by the Crown Council of Ethiopia

The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated (TEWFI) proudly announces that our International President, Attorney Scheril Murray Powell, Esq., has been appointed Special Representative to the African Diaspora for the Crown Council of Ethiopia.

The appointment was formally conveyed by His Imperial Highness Prince Ermias Sahle-Selassie Haile-Selassie, President of the Crown Council of Ethiopia, in recognition of Attorney Powell’s leadership, global advocacy, and longstanding commitment to the advancement of the African diaspora.

In his letter of appointment, His Imperial Highness praised Attorney Scheril’s energy, dedication, and effective leadership of The Ethiopian World Federation, and expressed confidence in her ability to help renew and strengthen the historic ties between the EWF and the Ethiopian Crown. He further acknowledged her international work on behalf of causes vital to The Black Peoples Of The World.

As Special Representative to the African Diaspora, Attorney Powell is authorized to extend greetings and best wishes on behalf of the Ethiopian Crown and to engage in outreach efforts that support Ethiopia and its people both at home and throughout the global diaspora. Her role includes representation during her upcoming engagement in Ghana and in future international initiatives.
