A Local is more than a chapter; it is a gateway to structure, training, resources, and global connection. Guided by the Constitution, each Local operates through elected officers, standing committees, and regular meetings that strengthen accountability and empower members to build programs, mobilize funding, and create real-world impact. Establishing a Local means creating a home for fellowship, leadership development, and tangible nation-building among our people across the world.

25 Member Information

ARTICLE VI (From the Constitution of The Ethiopian World Federation, Inc.)
Establishment of Locals.


Section 1.
a) Any twenty-five (25) persons or more, desirous of forming a local, shall apply to the Executive Council for a charter.


b) The fee for this charter shall be ten ($10.00) Dollars.


Section 2. The officers of each local of the Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated, shall be:

President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-Presidents, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Recording-Corresponding Secretary, Chaplain, Sergeant-at-Arms.

Section 3. Each local shall establish an Executive Committee. This Executive Committee shall be composed of the President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Recording-Corresponding Secretary, Chaplain, Sergeant-at-Arms and the three (3) other members elected by the local.

Please provide the details of the locals Member. In order for the Form to be accepted you need at least 24 people with you being the 25th person, if you have more than 25 that is fine.

Please be aware that each listed applicant will be individually contacted and verified by the Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. to confirm their interest and eligibility for membership and they will be required to complete a membership joining fee and dues form as well.

Membership
Section 1. The membership shall comprise the BLACK PEOPLES of the world.
Section 2. Application. Application for membership shall be in writing.
Section 3. Rejection. The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated shall have the right to reject any application for membership without giving reasons.”

Please review the above constitutional excerpt carefully. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is reserved exclusively for persons of African descent globally, and all applications are subject to review in accordance with organizational rights and protocols.
